How long will it take to process my order?

Processing time is typically 1-3 business days, after which the order will be posted off with the courier.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a short amount of time before I start processing orders where you can request a cancellation, but once your order is packed and shipped it’s not possible to cancel your order.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?

If you need to change something about your order eg. wrong address or ordered the wrong item, contact us before the item is shipped and we'll do our best to correct the order.

Do you accept refunds for digital orders?

Unfortunately once the PDFs have been sent, they cannot be returned or refunded. If you have any issues please use the contact form to get in touch.

How do i download my files?

After purchasing the PDF pattern, you'll be taken to your order summary page. You can download your files from here by clicking the 'Download Now' button. Alternatively, you'll receive a link included in your order confirmation email.

There may be a few minutes wait for the order to be confirmed before you can access the file.
